Since we also sell on Amazon, some of the orders might be fulfilled by Amazon.

Orders with free shipping will be shipped according to the time and method of standard shipping.

How does GDCELPA ship your order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with product information. Upon payment, you will receive a successful payment confirmation email. When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment with the tracking number at http://www.17track.net/en. For customers from Japan, you can track your orders on SAGAWA or YAMATO official site.
What is your order processing time?
Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. After the product sent by delivery companies, it usually takes 3 to 25 business days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take.
